Hello and welcome Twin Ridges Home Study Families! 

 

Looking for some resources to incorporate mindfulness into your, your child, or your family's life? Look no further! On this page you will find a bunch of online mindfulness resources that you can use any time you wish. My hope is that these calming, gentle, relaxing activities will help build resilience and restore balance to the harder moments in life.

 

There are many benefits to why mindfulness is a helpful tool to practice. From helping reduce stress, to holding better focus for longer periods of time, to reducing emotional reactivity and more. Not every form of mindfulness works for every person, which is why I am including a variety of tools that you can explore and find what works best for you.

For the last 40-plus years, the school, staff and families have developed a strong, knowledgeable team with a commitment to every unique student. Families can expect a resourceful staff and flexible home study program.
